RSSHow can u distinguish between the true church and the false church? We have to find the truth in the Bible. Whoever follows the Bible is following truth and whoever doesn’t is false. Let’s see a few examples through the scripture. First it says in Matthew 23:9 “And do not call anyone on earth father, for you have one Father, and he is in heaven.” In many other churches they call the priest or pastor “father”. According to the scripture that is a false teaching! There are also many food restrictions in other churches, but let’s see what the Bible says in 1 Timothey 4:(1-3) which says, “The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons. Such teachings come through hypocritical liars, whose consciences have been seared as with a hot iron. They forbid people to marry and order them to abstain from certain foods, which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and who know the truth. ” Clearly, any church that tells you not to eat certain foods, God says is a teaching of demons! So watch out! The Church of God preaches the truth!
