RSSI never knew about the New Covenant Passover until I came to the World Mission Society Church of God! The reason why it is so important, is because according to the Bible, this is the only way to receive eternal life! According to John 6:53, “Jesus said to them, “Very truly I tell you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day.” The only way to eat Jesus’s flesh and drink His blood is how? According to Luke 22:13-20, “They left and found things just as Jesus had told them. So they prepared the Passover. When the hour came, Jesus and his apostles reclined at the table. And he said to them, “I have eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer…..And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, “This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me.” In the same way, after the supper he took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you.” According to this verse the only way that we can receive Christ’s flesh and blood is through the New Covenant Passover bread and wine! Only the World Mission Society Church of God keeps the New Covenant Passover which is the only way to receive eternal life!
